Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products (license keys), we do not offer refunds once a key has been delivered to your email or invoice page.

No exceptions are made for:

• Change of mind
• Game updates or patches affecting functionality
• Unused keys

We do offer support if:

• Your key was not delivered — open a ticket on Discord immediately
• The software stops working within your subscription window — open a ticket and we will resolve it

Any chargeback or payment dispute opened without contacting support first will result in a permanent ban from all our services and will be treated as fraud.

To get help, join our Discord before opening any dispute. We always make it right for legitimate issues.
